All our creations, produced in our laboratory in Golasecca, respect the seasonal cycles of nature and animals, and are 100% free of pesticides. The plants are harvested by us in our garden or in the open countryside in wild areas*, and cooked on a wood-burning stove in copper pots; therefore, we only cook our oils during the cooler months, and production is limited.
For the preparation of our Ayurvedic medicated oils, we follow the traditional Indian recipe in collaboration with a vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor) directly in India. This is also a subject of scientific research, as we apply the classic production method to European herbs with different chemotypes than those found in India.
The base oil is mustard oil, used for millennia in Ayurvedic massage, but also in daily self-massage. Among its various properties are: warming action, reactivation of circulation and drainage, detoxification, stimulating and toning effects, excellent for joint or muscle pain.
After carefully selecting and harvesting the herbs, we break them by hand to transmit the highest possible vibration and give a warmer touch.
Our preparation, before being filtered, must be cooked for approximately 50 hours (taking 4 or 5 days), first as a decoction in water and then with the oil.
The possible presence of sediment at the bottom of the bottle should be considered a positive sign, as it demonstrates the non-industrial nature of the production.
